Small group personal training is our unique approach to 1-2-1 training. All of our members start with a trial membership to see if this approach to training suits your life. We start off by a 1-2-1 consultation with our gym manager, whom will discuss a plan with you and assess you so you are ready to start sessions. 

You will recive a personal training approach and close attention to reach your goals but within a small group with like minded people making sessions fun, friendly and competitive. 

 Be under the watchful eye of our experienced and motivating coaching team each session, who will take you through the ENGINE programme and all movements. Assisting you and encouraging you with your training to make progress through every workout. 

Our weekly programme has over 60 sessions to choose from so if you have a busy life then we have the programme for you. 

Our Conditioning classes are the perfect compliment to our SGPT Strength sessions, working on movement and intensity in a measured approach. these classes are all about community, vibes and working up a sweat to level up your fitness.
