With over 40 classes per week, there is plenty to choose from! ROW, BUILD, ENGINE & STRETCH.
Our unique tech-lead ROW concept is designed to help you torch fat and build fitness. Located up on our second floor in our own very unique, high vaulted studio, with the most incredible lighting rig, the time will fly and you’ll soon be getting those results!
Learn to properly row and understand what the metrics mean and how you can optimise this amazingly effective and low-impact class. This one builds fitness and strength.
Find BUILD & ENGINE on our ground floor strength room. Both of these are designed in different ways to help you build better fitness and strength. Guaranteed to challenge you every single session. We’ll keep mixing up the programs so you never know what’s next.
STRETCH often missed out in many people’s weekly training plan. We’ve added in stretch classes at the end of our other workouts later in the week so you have no excuse to stretch! This will be to help you move better in your small group personal training sessions.
