Track your results. Use our app to follow your progress, see your body fat reduce, muscle mass increase and resting metrics like blood pressure and resting heart rate reduce.
Via our app you can review how well you have done by looking at your COMPLIANCE PERCENTAGE, this will tell you how well you did compared to what was planned. Proper Help. You want the best for your body, and so do we. That’s why we’ve teamed up with World Champion British rower Matthew Tarrant to design our training programmes. All of our team have been coached by Mat and put through their paces at the Engine Room Academy before stepping foot on the rowing floor, so they know their stuff – just ask Mat! That said, he might be a bit busy training for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics so you’ll just have to book a class and see for yourself!View all
