We’ve done everything we can… Music, lights, metrics and your crew will make the class like nothing else you’ve experienced. We also display your individual performance metrics, SPM, power, power%, HR, HR%, MOVEs and calories.
Use our body composition machine alongside our app to follow your results progress – see your body fat reduce, muscle mass increase and resting metrics like blood pressure and resting heart rate reduce.
Classes can be focused around a number of different metrics, from speed (SPM), percentage power output and percentage heart rate, so you will never get bored.

You want the best for your body, and so do we. That’s why we’ve teamed up with World Champion British rower Matthew Tarrant to design our training programme. All of our team have been put through their paces at the Engine Room Academy before stepping foot on the rowing floor, so they know their stuff – just ask Mat!
