Using the best of the best cardio machines – ski-ergs, assault bikes and rowers – ENGINE will see you working in pairs to push yourself and build your ENGINE. In this high intensity class, cardio is the clock: complete as many reps on the floor as you can, while your partner destroys their cardio target.
