We’ve been personally coaching children from the ages of 10 and up over the past 10+ years.
We’ll look after them like they are our own and make sure they are safe and doing exercises at the right level for them.
We have had huge success with this and have helped many kids compliment team sports with strength-based training and helped to build confidence around exercise and most importantly finding things they enjoy!
Setting them up with great life skills and a love for general health and fitness.
